Cindy’s focus during her psychology studies was behavioural health metrics. She is passionate about their application in providing clients with a stronger voice in therapy. For the last ten years, Cindy has been instrumental in many of Health Factors’ initial and ongoing innovations, including MyOutcomes, MyOutcomes UK and FIT eLearning. By maintaining close contact with Health-Factors’ global usership and keeping abreast of trends that are reshaping psychotherapy, she is able to lead her team in constantly updating and refining Health-Factors’ products and services to improve the quality of the overall client experience.
Farida Contractor, B.Com, CHRP

Farida has more than 25 years’ experience leading and implementing a multitude of large information technology (IT) and software development projects. This includes serving on the development team at Winfax that created the first digital fax software. Her leadership skills and commitment to service excellence are an invaluable resource in helping to guide Health Factors’ global growth.
Sami Timimi
OO-CAMHS Co-creator and Trainer
Sami Timimi is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and Director of Medical Education in the National Health Service in Lincolnshire and a Visiting Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Lincoln, UK. He writes from a critical psychiatry perspective on topics relating to mental health and has published many articles in leading journals and chapters in books on many subjects including eating disorders, psychotherapy, behavioural disorders and cross-cultural psychiatry. He has authored four books, Pathological Child Psychiatry and the Medicalization of Childhood, published in 2002, Naughty Boys: Anti-Social Behaviour, ADHD and the Role of Culture, published in 2005, Misunderstanding ADHD: A Complete Guide for Parents to Alternatives to Drugs published in 2007, and A Straight Talking Introduction to Children’s Mental Health Problems published in 2009. He co-edited with Begum Maitra Critical Voices in Child and Adolescent Mental Health published in 2006, Liberatory Psychiatry: Philosophy, Politics, and Mental Health with Carl Cohen, published in 2008 and Rethinking ADHD: From Brain to Culture with Jonathan Leo in 2009. Dianne Tetley
OO-CAMHS Co-creator and Trainer
Dianne is Assistant Director of Research and Effectiveness at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, UK and an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Lincoln, UK. Her work is primarily aimed at improving the quality of mental health care for service users. Dianne is an innovator and implementor of quality improvement initiatives. Dianne has received expert training in the USA in the set-up and application of a client directed outcome informed approach to clinical work and service delivery. Her current projects include the development and implementation of an outcome orientated child and adolescent mental health service (OO-CAMHS) and the development of an online e-learning package for the delivery of an outcome orientated approach to the delivery of mental health serices (OO-AMHS). Karl A. Peuser, PhD.
Director of Research and Security, Health Factors
Karl has a doctorate in experimental psychobiology and is a recipient of the Research Society on Alcoholism Junior Investigator Award. He has conducted research on the physiological basis of learning and memory, developmental neurobehavioural toxicology, alcohol use and abuse in college age students, and harm reduction programs for infants and young children. He is a Certified HIPAA Professional who has been working with HIPAA and PIPEDA regulations since 2013.

Vic has spent the last two decades applying new developments in mental and social health sciences to corporations and individuals, as reflected in his personal vision statement: “To close the gap that exists between advances in social-psychological health sciences and the people who most need this support.” Previous roles in his 30 year career include: CEO of Alive Publishing Group, a health publisher with clients in three continents; director of the Alive Heath Resort, an inpatient facility that provided mental-health recovery programs; and president of Columbia Group, a management consulting firm focused on workplace human resources.

Karen Christensen is a graduate of the prestigious Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design with more than 20 years’ experience in digital communication design. She and her team work on creating easy-to-use, Web-based interfaces as well as online streaming video, 2D and 3D animation, intuitive multimedia interactive design, and graphic design.

Shivani is young, vibrant and full of creative ideas. She brings with her the experience of both online and offline elements of marketing. Shivani has an honors degree in physics from the prestigious University of Delhi and did her MBA in marketing at the University of West London. Sabitri Ghosh is an award-winning writer, researcher, and health journalist with an innate ability to articulate complex messages in understandable, highly readable written form.
